GRASS FED BEEF
Calves are born in the pasture and a calf’s diet consists of its mother’s milk and pasture grass. The calves are weaned and fed hay throughout the winter along with all natural minerals. Yes, cattle need their natural minerals like ourselves. In April, we move them to pasture and use rotational grazing practices through October. Then, we repeat the process all over again. No grain fed unless you request to be grain finished.
-
NO HORMONES
Our animals have never and will never receive added hormones.
-
NO ANTIBIOTICS
Our animals have never and will never receive antibiotics for the purpose of stimulating their growth or diet.
-
IS OUR BEEF CERTIFIED ORGANIC?
No, we are not certified organic due to the annual organic certification cost was not serving our farm or customers. We do always manage our pastures based on the organic standards.

The Best For Our Customers
Shop NowThe cattle are born, raised, and finished by the Holland family on our farm in Tennessee. We have been raising cattle since 1939. We take great pride in raising our animals. The animals live a very calm and humane life. When it is time for harvest, we take animals to a family-owned, USDA processor. An inspector is on site for each harvest to ensure the beef is of high quality and safe to consume.
