$200 down deposit is required and goes toward the total purchase of the beef. It holds your spot in line.
All cuts are vacuumed sealed, weighed, labeled, and frozen.
After you purchase the beef, we will contact you and send a cut sheet to you.

You can pay the deposit today, then we will invoice you for the remaining balance once your steer is at the processing plant and we know the final hanging weight.
