Packaged Meat Breakdown is around: 1/2 ground beef & stew, 1/4 roasts, 1/4 steaks.
All cuts are vacuumed sealed, weighed, labeled, and frozen.
After you purchase the beef, we will contact you and send a cut sheet to you.

You can pay the deposit today ($200), then we will invoice you for the remaining balance once your beef is at the processing plant and we know the final hanging weight.
